THE MISSING CONNECTION
From social engagement to a customer you can identify.
ReplyCorp connects tracked social engagement, the social accounts your brand collects, and the conversion events you report. Posts do not need special links or promo codes.

01 / ENGAGE
A person engages with a post
ReplyCorp tracks supported engagement on posts published by your brand or other people tagging it. The engagement creates a connection between a social account and a post.
02 / IDENTIFY
Your brand collects a social account
Ask customers to connect their social account during signup, checkout or another appropriate point in your customer journey. ReplyCorp provides a social connect widget if you do not already collect this information.
03 / MATCH
Your integration reports a conversion
Send the conversion events that matter to your business, such as signups or purchases. ReplyCorp matches the customer's social account with tracked engagement to connect the outcome to social content.
04 / ACT
Turn the result into a decision
Conversion Intelligence helps you compare content and people by the outcomes they drive. Add Referrals if you also want to reward posters for the conversions your brand chooses.
05 / CONFIGURE
Choose the attribution window for each outcome
Attribution windows are configurable by brand and by conversion type. The underlying attribution data does not expire: your brand decides how far back to look when connecting a conversion to engagement. Stored matches do not depend on a visitor carrying a UTM parameter between pages or a browser pixel continuing to retain the connection.
06 / SHARE
Split credit across multiple posts
When a customer has engaged with multiple posts that qualify under the configured attribution window, ReplyCorp splits the conversion equally between those posts. This gives each eligible post a share rather than assigning all credit to only one post.
07 / AMPLIFY
Recognize second-degree referrals
Person A makes a post. Person B engages with it, then makes their own post. If B's post converts person C, A receives a share of B's reward—20% by default. This second-degree attribution connects the reward to the earlier post that helped the word spread.
08 / INTERPRET
What attribution does—and does not—tell you
This is engagement-based matching, not a measurement of every impression. Attribution requires tracked engagement, a matching social account and a reported conversion. Attributed activity is also different from a controlled measurement of incremental lift: a match does not by itself establish what the customer would have done without the post.
09 / INTEGRATE
Supported platforms and integration
X and Instagram are supported today. Facebook is launching soon. Your brand collects social accounts and reports events through the API. Integration typically takes about two hours, depending on your existing setup. Review the documentation with your developer before planning implementation.
