01 / EVALUATE

Ask a more useful question than who got the most likes

Engagement is useful for understanding attention, but it cannot by itself tell you which creator brought in a customer. Compare attributed signups, purchases or other conversion events so you can distinguish audience response from commercial outcomes.

02 / LEARN

Measure the content as well as the creator

Imagine an influencer focuses on a secondary product feature and their posts are associated with stronger purchase results. That gives you two decisions to explore: whether to keep working with that creator, and whether that feature deserves more attention in your own messaging. Use AI analysis to examine the content patterns behind the result.

03 / COMPARE

Set up a fair comparison

Decide which conversion types matter before evaluating a campaign. Keep measurement windows and event definitions consistent across the creators you compare. Review attribution coverage as well as the numbers: low attributed conversions could reflect limited matching coverage, not only low influence.

  • Track relevant posts published by or tagging your brand
  • Compare like-for-like conversion types and attribution windows
  • Look at content themes as well as individual creators
  • Use results to guide the next test, not as a guarantee of future performance

04 / SHARE

What happens when a customer engages with several creators?

ReplyCorp splits the conversion equally across eligible engaged posts. It does not give all credit to a single final post. Your brand can configure attribution windows, including different windows for different conversion types. The stored attribution data itself does not expire.

05 / INTEGRATE

Requirements for measuring influencer conversions

ReplyCorp currently supports X and Instagram. Your brand must collect customer social accounts and send conversion events. A supported engagement and a matching social account are required; a view alone is not enough. Use the social connect widget if you need a way to collect those accounts.

06 / REWARD

Go from measuring creators to rewarding results

Conversion Intelligence can be used on its own. Add ReplyCorp Referrals if you want posters to earn based on the conversions they drive. Your brand selects the conversion types and rewards, including a sustainable share of purchases if that fits your model.

Questions, answered.

Can this measure influencers who do not use my affiliate link?

Yes, if their supported posts and engagement are tracked, and converting customers can be matched through the social accounts your brand collects. Special affiliate links and promo codes are not required in those posts.

Is attributed revenue the same as influencer ROI?

No. Attributed revenue is an input. To assess ROI, also account for creator fees, rewards, product costs and other campaign expenses. To measure incremental lift, use a suitable experiment rather than treating attribution alone as causal proof.
