FOR SOCIAL & GROWTH TEAMS
Measure what happens after the engagement.
Organic social reporting should help you decide what to publish next. ReplyCorp connects tracked engagement with off-platform conversions, so you can evaluate your posts by the customer outcomes they are associated with.

01 / MEASURE
A popular post and a converting post are not always the same
Reach, likes and comments tell you how people respond on a social platform. Signups and purchases tell you what happens in your product or store. Keep both in view: use engagement to understand audience response, and conversion attribution to decide which content deserves another test.
02 / CONNECT
Follow the account, not just the click
A normal brand post may not include a campaign URL. With ReplyCorp, the connection comes from supported social engagement. Your brand collects a customer's social account and reports a conversion; ReplyCorp matches that account to tracked post engagement. The connection does not require the customer to bring a UTM parameter from the social post into your conversion flow.
Finally found a product worth talking about. @yourbrand
your customer came from.
03 / COMPARE
Choose the outcome before judging the content
A post that generates many signups might differ from one that generates fewer, higher-value purchases. Compare the conversion types that matter to your business and use conversion volume and value to inform the next experiment. Attribution windows can be configured by brand and conversion type, so your analysis can reflect different customer journeys.
- Compare product stories, announcements and customer posts
- Review signup and purchase outcomes separately
- Use AI analysis to explore language and topics associated with conversions
04 / TEST
An example your team can act on
Suppose a product story has 20 attributed conversions, an update has 3, and an announcement has 4. Rather than repeating the post with the most likes, test another story with the successful angle. These are illustrative figures. A controlled test is still needed if you want to establish how much additional demand that angle creates.
05 / INTEGRATE
Bring the right data into the picture
ReplyCorp supports X and Instagram today. Track posts published by your brand or others tagging it, collect the social accounts of your customers and send conversion events through your integration. Views alone and customers without a matching tracked account cannot establish this connection. When multiple eligible posts were engaged with, conversion credit is split equally.
06 / ACT
Keep analytics useful after the report
Use Conversion Intelligence to guide content decisions without operating a rewards program. If you want to motivate customer posts, add Referrals and choose the conversions and reward rates yourself. The same attribution foundation supports both workflows.

Can I track conversions from posts without links?
Yes, where ReplyCorp can match supported post engagement to the social account your brand collects and the conversion it reports. This is not tracking every anonymous viewer.
Does this replace all my website analytics?
ReplyCorp addresses social-post attribution. You can still use website analytics to understand onsite behavior and other acquisition channels; the two answer different questions.
